Professor Terri-R. Lituchy

Professor Terri Lituchy has 30 years of experience in academia and organizational research. She is a Visiting Professor at University of the West Indies, Barbados. She is Professor of International Management at Concordia University, Canada. Professor Lituchy has been conducting research in Africa for the past ten years. She is the principal researcher on the LEAD project – Leadership and Motivation in Africa and the African Diaspora for which she has received grants from Concordia University in Canada, University of the West Indies in Barbados, Social Science and Humanities Research Council (Canada), and SHRM Foundation. Professor Lituchy has lived and worked in numerous countries around the world that include US, Mexico, Canada, Caribbean, Argentina, France, UK, Czech Republic, Japan, China, Thailand and Malaysia. She has published several books: Successful Professional Women of the Americas: from Polar Winds to Tropical Breezes (Elgar Publishing, 2006), Gender and the Dysfunctional Workplace (Elgar, 2012) and Management in Africa: Macro and Micro Perspectives (Routledge, 2013). She also has over 40 published articles in several international journals.

Scope of Expertise: Occupational Mental Health, Organizational Behavior and Leadership, Cross-cultural Management, and Women in International Business with a focus in Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean.
