Please read this page carefully. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions stated herein, do not use this Site and service. By using this Site, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the provisions of these Terms of Use. The terms “You” and “User” as used herein refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing this Site for any reason.
These Terms of Use include the Institute’s Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using this Site, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the terms of these Terms of Use, including the Institute’s Privacy Policy. You are agreeing to use the Site at your own risk.
1. Eligibility
By visiting the Site or accepting these Terms of Use, you represent and warrant to the Institute that you have the right, authority and capacity to use the Site and agree to and abide by these Terms of Use. You also represent and warrant to the Institute that you will use the Site in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

The Institute authorizes you to view and download a single copy of the material on worldcertification.org solely for your personal use.

You must retain all copyright, trademark, servicemark and other proprietary notices contained in the original Material on any copy you make of the Material. You may not sell or modify the Material or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Material in any way for any public or commercial purpose in connection with products or services that are not those of the Institute, in any other manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers or that otherwise infringes the Institute’s intellectual property rights. General Rules: Users may not use the Site in order to submit, transmit, distribute, store or destroy material (a) in violation of any applicable law or regulation, (b) in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others, or (c) that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful.

The Institute will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.
In order to ensure a safe and effective experience for all of our customers, the Institute reserves the right to limit the amount of data that may be accessed by them in any given time period. These limits may be amended in the Institute’s sole discretion from time to time.
4. Specific Prohibited Uses
The Site may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking professional credential certification. The Institute specifically prohibits any use of the Site, and all users agree not to use the Site, for any of the following:
- Submit to any Institute’s Site any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own;
- Delete or revise any material submit by any other person or entity;
- Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on any Institute’s Site infrastructure;
- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search any Institute’s Site other than the search engine and search agents available from the Institute on such Institute’s Site and other than generally available third party web browsers(e.g., Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Explorer, Firefox, Safari);
- Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of any Institute’s Site;
- Aggregate, copy or duplicate in any manner any of the Institute’s Content or information available from any Institute’s Site; or
- Frame or link to any of the Institute’s Content or information available from any Institute’s Site
On non conformance by users of any of the aforesaid terms, the Institute may in its sole discretion, restrict or terminate the offending User’s ability to access the Institute’s Site(s) and determine whether to take any other actions.
5. User Information
When you apply to the Site, you will be asked to provide the Institute with certain information including, without limitation, a valid email address, name, contact and etc… (your “Information”). In addition to the terms and conditions that may be set forth in any privacy policy on this Site, you understand and agree that the Institute may disclose to third parties, on an anonymous basis, certain aggregate information contained in your registration application. Subject to the provisions in these Terms of Use, the Institute will not disclose to any third party your address, e-mail address or telephone number without your prior consent, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws, rules or regulations or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant. The Institute reserves the right to offer third party services and products to you based on the preferences that you identify in your registration and at any time thereafter; such offers may be made by the Institute or by third parties. Without limiting any of the other disclaimers of warranty set forth in these Terms of Use, the Institute does not provide or make any representation as to the quality or nature of any of the third party products or services purchased through the Site, or any other representation, warranty or guaranty. Any such undertaking, representation, warranty or guaranty would be furnished solely by the provider of the applicable class, or learning material, product or service, under the terms agreed to by the provider.
6. User Submissions
As a user, you are solely responsible for your information, content, messages or other information (“User Content”) that you submit on the Site or transmit to other users.
7. Registration and Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. You are not authorized to share your password or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and breach of this obligation may tantamount to disabling the Institute’s account and the Institute’s Services. You agree to immediately notify the Institute of any unauthorized use of your registration or password.

The Institute makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Site or the Material. The use of the Site and the Material is at your own risk. THE INSTITUTE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE SITE AND ITS SERVER ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL MECHANISMS. 9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Institute be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any other damages whatsoever, for any use of or reliance on the Site, or any linked or referenced web site, including, without limitation, any lost opportunity, lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or data, even if expressly advised of or otherwise aware of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action of contract, negligence, tort, or otherwise.

11. No Resale or Unauthorized Commercial Use
You agree not to resell any Material or information obtained from the Site, assign your rights or obligations under these Terms of Use, or make any unauthorized commercial use of any Institute’s Site.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Institute, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting, directly or indirectly, from any of the User Content or other material you provide to the Site or your use of the Material or your breach of the these Terms of Use. The Institute shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding.
13. General
The Institute makes no claims that the Materials may be lawfully viewed or downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the Materials may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. Your access to the Sites is at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with the laws as may be applicable to you. These Terms of Use are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Delaware, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Certain areas of worldcertification.org and other Sites are subject to additional terms of use. By using such areas or any part thereof, you agree to be bound by the additional terms of use applicable to such areas.
15. Term and Termination
These Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect while you are a user of the Site at any level. The Institute reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all its legal remedies, including but not limited to deletion of your User Content from the Site and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access the Site any/or any other services provided to you by the Institute, upon breach by you of these Terms of Use or if the Institute is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to the Site. Even after you are no longer a user of the Site, certain provisions of these Terms of Use will remain in effect, including sections on “Use of Material” and “User Submissions” and all the sections from “Express Consent and Acknowledgement” to “Additional Terms of Use”, inclusive.
These “Terms of Use” and “Privacy Policy” of the Institute’s Site constitute a binding agreement between You and the Institute, and is accepted by You upon your use of the Institute’s Site.
