Based on these core values, members of the WCI fellowship and association are expected to uphold the following standards in their professional conduct and business practices:

Maintain and enhance professional knowledge, skills, and capabilities through ongoing learning and development. -
Exercise due diligence and reasonable care
Perform professional responsibilities diligently, competently, and within the limits of assigned authority, with the objective of delivering value to employers, clients, and stakeholders. -
Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Observe all relevant laws, regulations, professional standards, and organizational policies governing professional conduct and workplace practices. -
Promote social responsibility and sustainability
Support responsible, sustainable, and ethical practices that contribute positively to the workplace, the community, and society.
