Finn is a global expert on cross-cultural leadership and organizational change, and specializes in coaching global leadership skills and facilitating post-merger integration for corporations. He is a visiting Professor at several business schools that include the International School of Management in Paris, the Stockholm School of Economics and the Copenhagen Business School. He holds a doctorate from the International School of Management in Paris, New York, Tokyo and Shanghai, as well as an MBA from Henley Management College (UK).
